The practice was founded by Kati Midgley, PA-C, who also co-founded Level Up Medical Aesthetics Institute, an injector-training center in Guilford. Medical oversight is provided by Dr. Elie M. Ferneini, MD, DMD, MHS, MBA, FACS, who serves as Medical Director. Clarity was named "Best Med Spa in Connecticut" by Connecticut Magazine in 2023.
