Dr. Carlos Ruiz has been an integral part of CL Valley Dental since the practice first opened and continues to play an important role in patient care as our primary tele dentist. With more than 30 years of experience in dentistry, he brings a wealth of knowledge, clinical expertise, and a longstanding commitment to providing exceptional care. Dr. Ruiz earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Southern California and has always been passionate about staying at the forefront of modern dentistry. He regularly completes advanced continuing education each year to remain current with the latest techniques, technology, and innovations in dental medicine. Now residing in Hawaii, Dr. Ruiz works closely with our in-office team through tele dentistry, providing case consultations, treatment planning, and clinical support to help ensure our patients continue to receive the high standard of care that has bee
