Our practice offers luxurious amenities, such as warm hand mitts, hot stone therapy, aromatherapy, and heated neck wraps. Additionally, we offer multiple sedation options, including IV sedation, for patients with anxiety or dental phobias. Champlain Smile Solutions opened in 2012 when Drs. Matthew and Kadam Giulianelli took over the office of retiring dentist, Dr. Denny Nelson.
