About Cascade Family & Implant Dentistry

Dr. Joe Fazzio grew up on the east side of the state in Bloomfield Hills, MI. He attended Michigan State University and graduated with degrees in both Human Biology and Finance. He began his dental school education at the University of Michigan and, after graduating, stayed at Michigan for three additional years to complete advanced training in Prosthodontics, a dental specialty focusing on the complex restoration of missing teeth including: dentures, removable partial dentures, and implants. Joe is married to Madeline Fazzio, a Grand Rapids native and a 2nd grade teacher at St. Paul the Apostle. They have two children together, Vincent James and the most recent addition, Frank Brian. Joe is an active member of the American Dental Association, Michigan Dental Association, West Michigan District Dental Society, and the American College of Prosthodontics.
