About Careswell + Anderson Dental

Dr. Careswell grew up in Lee’s Summit, and is a graduate of Lee’s Summit High School. She attended dental school at UMKC School of Dentistry, and graduated with honors in the top 5% of her class, earning both a bachelor’s and Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. She also completed an elite honors surgical program during dental school, receiving honors for her work in TMJ disorders. Since then, she has completed hundreds of hours in continuing education, mostly focusing on cosmetic and implant dentistry and facial esthetic procedures. While she enjoys all aspects of general dentistry, she is particularly interested in cosmetic dentistry. Dr. Careswell has been recognized as one of Kansas City’s Top Dentists by Kansas City 435 magazine for the past five years. She is known for her beautiful cosmetic dentistry, and was recently featured on the Emmy® Award-winning Netflix original series “Queer Eye,” where she provided an emotional smile makeover to a very worthy recipient.
