The California Center of Longevity Medicine, which also trades as the California Center of Longevity & Functional Medicine, is a single-physician integrative, functional and regenerative medicine practice at 6325 Topanga Canyon Boulevard in Woodland Hills, California. It has been directed since 2009 by Allan Kurtz, DO, who is board-certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Internal Medicine and has been in private practice since 1984. Its programs cover bioidentical hormone replacement, intravenous nutrition therapy including the Myers cocktail, platelet-rich plasma and bone-marrow-derived stem cell injections given under ultrasound guidance for musculoskeletal conditions, cardio-metabolic and heart-attack and stroke prevention testing, gastrointestinal and adrenal health programs, detoxification, cognitive-decline evaluation and functional laboratory assessment. The center also offers a comprehensive executive physical and accepts out-of-town patients.
