About Cabarrus Eye Center

Cabarrus Eye Center is a multi-provider ophthalmology practice in Concord, NC, in operation for more than 50 years. The practice provides comprehensive eye care -- cataract, glaucoma, retina, and pediatric ophthalmology -- alongside a cosmetic and oculoplastic line that includes Botox, Restylane, permanent eyeliner, and reconstructive eyelid surgery (blepharoplasty). The cosmetic and oculoplastic services are led by Dr. Gary T. Raflo, who trained at the University of Virginia, completed an oculoplastics fellowship at the University of Toronto, and has practiced in Concord since 1998. The ten-doctor group also includes fellowship-trained specialists in medical retina, glaucoma, and pediatric eye care.
