About Brazilian Beauty Med Spa

My name is Shirlei Balbi , founder of Brazilian Beauty Med Spa. My passion for beauty began long before I opened the spa — it started in my childhood in Brazil, where I grew up in a home with five sisters and a wonderful mother who always taught us the importance of self-care and feeling good in our own skin. I arrived in the United States 15 years ago, full of dreams and determination to build a new life. I enrolled in esthetics school and dove into the learning process. Over the years, I worked in several med spas, gaining valuable experience and learning what clients truly want: personalized care, trust, and real results. In January 2013 , I took a leap of faith and opened my own space — Brazilian Beauty Med Spa , located in Suwanee, Georgia . I started small, offering waxing, facials, and a few spa services. As with any entrepreneurial journey, there were challenges. When COVID-19 hit, I had to relocate to a smaller space and start over. That change pushed me to innovate, investing
