Ironwood Cancer & Research Centers is a community-based oncology practice founded in 1993 by Dr. Parvinderjit Khanuja and grown through mergers with other Phoenix-area cancer care providers, including Desert Oncology and Southwest Oncology. The practice operates 14 locations across metro Phoenix, Arizona, including six comprehensive cancer centers, and employs a multi-specialty oncology network of more than 100 providers. Services include medical oncology, radiation oncology, hematology, a urology division, and women's oncology centers, along with an integrative oncology program offering counseling, nutrition, and genetic counseling services. The organization also maintains a dedicated clinical research department that participates in oncology drug trials.
