Born Clinic is a preventive and integrative medicine clinic in Grand Rapids, Michigan, founded in 1982 by Dr. Grant Born as The Born Preventive Health Care Clinic. After his death in 1998 his wife and partner Dr. Tammy Born Huizenga, DO, assumed leadership and now owns and operates the clinic as Medical Director. Services span bioidentical hormone replacement therapy, acupuncture, EDTA chelation and heavy-metal testing, food sensitivity testing, osteopathic manipulative therapy, prolotherapy, ozone therapy, hyperbaric oxygen, nutritional and NAD+ IV therapy, HCG-based weight loss, women's health with colposcopy, and CO2 laser removal of skin lesions. The clinic reports serving nearly 10,000 patients with a team of more than 40, and operates an on-site lab and X-ray alongside an affiliated nutritional pharmacy.
