Blue Haven Medical Spa is a non-surgical medical aesthetics practice with two Seattle locations, in Ballard and at Green Lake. It was founded in 2011 by Benjamin Killey, MD, and is staffed by physicians who came to aesthetic medicine from emergency and hospital medicine. The menu covers neuromodulator and dermal filler injections, Kybella, chemical peels, microneedling, PRP treatments, laser hair removal, laser skin resurfacing and IPL, plus EMSculpt, EMSella and Exilis body and skin-tightening devices. Treatments are delivered by three physicians alongside a team of aestheticians. The two clinics operate under one brand with a shared roster and service menu.
