About Birchwood Dental
Birchwood Dental was founded in September 2005 by Dr. Daniel Carlson. The office is located in the Birchwood Office Condo Complex in Eagan, Minnesota. In October 2020, due to unforeseen circumstances with the COVID 19 pandemic and other business concerns, Birchwood Dental of Minneapolis was permanently closed. Dr. Dan and Dr. John Evenson, partners in the Minneapolis practice, have personally selected Drs. Cole Brenny and Bradford Morse of the Ivory Dental Group, located on the fifth floor of the Medical Arts Building, to continue caring for our Minneapolis patients. Starting October 1, 2020, the Ivory Dental Group will be the custodian of all of our Minneapolis patient records, please contact them for further assistance. Dr. Carlson received his BA from the University of St. Thomas in 1993 - where he also excelled on the basketball court playing varsity basketball for the Tommies.
