Bespoke Wellness has evolved into a specialized treatment wellness center in Alameda, CA. We are redefining the wellness culture with the goal of listening to our clients and providing the services they ask for. At Bespoke Wellness, we provide a unique and personally crafted mind/body experience. Bespoke Wellness was created by Body Techniques , a corporate onsite wellness company offering massage, yoga, and fitness nationwide. Taking all of our experience from the corporate market, we created the perfect therapy center with the best possible staff at rates that people can actually afford. When Body Techniques was established in 1994, we had the vision to become the go-to company for onsite corporate massage nationwide. In 2000, we decided to open a wellness center as an extension of the services we offered. We have grown, expanded, moved and remodeled many times over the years as a wellness center.
