Full exfoliation, thermal cream placement, and end with yeso wrap on any one area of the body. The Yeso Therapy wrap has ingredients that include gypsum, sulfur products causing wrap to harden like a cast. This is not medical grade cast and easy to remove at home with directions. You will notice some discomfort but will notice slimming results. Reasons for wearing wrap will give you inch loss, and more defined toning to area of placement. Will wear wrap for minimum 2hrs, maximum 6-8hrs. Note: Do not wear overnight. Remember to wear something that you don't mind getting dirty or possibly stained by casting material. Hair removal includes both lower legs; full knee, down to ankle, and all the way around.
