The decision was finally made to form the Beauty Bar & Boutique, Medispa, Inc., ensuring a remarkable spa experience each and every time. Ms. Ladd’s career path has taken her down many exciting roads in the beauty industry. From her first successful business as a salon owner in Oregon, teaching nail salon services nationally, to executive management in the international manufacturing of salon products. She has viewed the industry from virtually every lens. After following her family’s move to Mississippi, Monica was aggressively courted into her exciting new career, casino gaming.
