Dr. Jamie Callahan, DMD, graduated with a BA in business from the University of Florida in 1996 and also earned his DMD from the University of Florida in 2000. Following graduation, Dr. Callahan completed a year long hospital based dental residency with an emphasis on surgery at the University of Washington, where he spent time in 4 different hospitals including working in a children's hospital and a level one trauma center. That experience was invaluable training in learning to treat our growing number of medically complex patients. Dr. Callahan is a member of the American Dental Association, the Florida Dental Association, and the Escambia-Santa Rosa Dental Association. He was the past president of the Esca-Rosa Dental Association and served on the board for 4 years. He has also served on the advisory panel for the Dental Hygiene degree program at Pensacola State College.
