Dr. Jamil Abdelghani, DDS (also known as Dr. J by patients and staff) has been practicing dentistry for over 20 years. He is passionate about dental health, and he loves to get to know his patients and their families so he can better serve their dental needs. Dr. J was born in Hartford, Connecticut. Throughout his life, he has lived all over the United States. He traveled west to California to earn his Bachelor s of Science degree from San Jose State University where he majored in Biology and minored in Organic Chemistry. Then in 2001, he went on to earn his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He has been practicing dentistry ever since. He owned and ran his own successful practice in Phoenix, Arizona for 10 years. His patients were so happy with his compassion, excellent quality of care, and friendliness that they nominated him for the Top Dentist in the Community award from Doctors in the Community which he won in 2013!
