Balanced Physician Care is a direct primary care practice in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida, founded in 2016 by Dr. Sharyl Truty, a board-certified family and sports medicine physician trained in integrative medicine under Dr. Andrew Weil at the University of Arizona. The membership-based practice combines primary and family care with acupuncture, bioidentical hormone replacement therapy, and IV nutrient therapy, serving patients across Jacksonville Beach, Ponte Vedra Beach, and St. Augustine. Nurse practitioner Sheila Mendes also sees patients at the practice.
