Azure Aesthetics Med Spa is a medical spa in Topeka, Kansas, co-located with Cotton O'Neil Plastic Surgery & Dermatology. It began as Elite Esthetics, an independent practice co-owned by nurse injector Kimberlee Pittz, RN, and joined Stormont Vail Health in 2020, taking its current name. Its menu covers Botox Cosmetic and dermal fillers including lip augmentation, laser hair removal on the Cutera Excel HR and Lutronic Clarity II platforms, SkinMedica and VI Peel chemical peels, SkinPen microneedling with optional PRP, and Halo hybrid fractional and BBL laser resurfacing. The practice keeps walk-in hours Monday through Friday, and its staff includes licensed estheticians Michelle Juarez and Brittany Rivera.
