Aviva Wellness & Aesthetics—med spa in North Shore, MA, was created for women who want to feel confident investing in themselves without pressure, guilt, or unrealistic expectations. Aesthetic care is grounded in medical expertise, honest education, and personalized treatment plans designed around you. Aviva Wellness & Aesthetics is led by Jillian Kavanagh, MSN, FNP-C, a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with more than a decade of experience in surgical and advanced clinical care. Jillian’s background includes medical-surgical nursing, cardiovascular and thoracic surgery, and working as a Spine Surgery Nurse Practitioner where she saw firsthand how difficult it could be for patients to access timely, thoughtful care. During her time working in a med spa, she discovered a passion for aesthetics rooted in natural results and patient education. That experience shaped Aviva Glow: a boutique practice where safety, intention, and trust guide every treatment.
