Dr. Abigail Northcutt Adams is a caring, competent, and compassionate dentist that puts her patients, staff, and colleagues first. After completing her BS at Auburn University, she obtained her DMD from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Dr. Adams continues to pursue excellence in all facets of her life. She is a published researcher, a board member of three different Dental Associations, and a passionate philanthropist engaging in endeavors such as long-term mission trips to Ecuador, Bolivia, and Venezuela. She has also received rewards of excellence such as the Alabama Board of Dental Scholars Scholarship. She chose dentistry in order to help people in a tangible way and sees her work as a wonderful opportunity to make a difference in the lives of those around her. Her philosophy in patient care is to gather as much information as she can about her patients’ wants, needs, and dental care history in order to offer them an optimal treatment plan.
