Atossa Medical Spa is a physician-led, non-surgical medical spa with two San Diego-area locations, in La Jolla and La Mesa. It is owned and operated by Fatemeh Esfahani, MD, whose career spans three medical specialties across three countries and more than 27 years in practice. The menu covers injectables including Botox, Dysport, Daxxify, Xeomin, dermal and lip fillers and Sculptra, plus Morpheus8 and radiofrequency microneedling, PRP facials and PRP hair restoration, chemical peels and HydraFacial. Laser services include laser hair removal, laser skin resurfacing and IPL photorejuvenation. Both locations share a single phone line and are open seven days a week.
