About Associates in Dentistry

Dr. Jared Hansen was born in Bavaria, Germany (Army kid), and grew up in Salt Lake City, Utah. He earned his undergraduate degree in Exercise Physiology from the University of Utah before attending Roseman University of Health Sciences College of Dental Medicine, where he received his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree in 2016. During his dental education, Dr. Hansen was a proud recipient of the F. Edward Hebert Armed Forces Health Professions Scholarship Program through the US Army. Following graduation, he served as an Active-Duty Army dentist for five years, an experience he deeply valued for the opportunity to serve his country and fellow Soldiers. Dr. Hansen is particularly drawn to the human connections he forms through dentistry. While he understands that visiting the dentist isn t everyone s favorite activity, he hopes to make your experience a positive one!
