About Aspire Health Center

Aspire Health Center is a direct primary care practice in Plantation, Florida — the first of its kind in the city — founded by Tami Singh, MD, after she left a hospital-affiliated multi-specialty group to offer more personalized, longer-visit care. The practice combines traditional family medicine with functional medicine on a monthly membership model, treating pediatric through adult patients for hormonal, thyroid, gut-health, and sexual-health concerns alongside genetic testing and medical weight loss. Dr. Singh was later joined by a second physician, Karisa Falden, DO. Both physicians are certified functional medicine practitioners through the Institute for Functional Medicine.
