After working in medical aesthetics for nearly a decade, Valerie Monismith, RN felt there was something missing from the industry s approach to client satisfaction. To fill the void, Valerie envisioned a place of privacy, professionalism, and personalized care where clients felt comfortable and valued without feeling rushed. Committed to making her clients feel like family, Valerie opened her own medical aesthetics office in 2015 and named it Ashtoria Aesthetics & Wellness inspired by the names of her two daughters, Ashley and Victoria. In opening Ashtoria, Valerie established a locked-door policy in order to provide private, white glove service to her valued clients. She also offered longer appointment blocks than most offices in the area, allowing her to take her time with each client to educate them on treatment options and expectations.
