About Artmed Aesthetics and Wellness

ArtMed Aesthetics and Wellness is a combined med spa and day spa in Palm Desert, California. It took over the premises of Touch of Beauty Day Spa in April 2024 and merged the two businesses; Touch of Beauty had been opened by Hilde St. Claire in 1996 and later run by esthetician Candice Mangosing. The practice pairs day-spa facials, massage, body and waxing services with medical treatments including neurotoxin injections, IV vitamin therapy, laser hair removal and radiofrequency microneedling. Clinical care is delivered by nurse practitioners under medical director Joseph Palumbo, MD.
