Arbor Health is a functional medicine and functional psychiatry practice in Pittsford, New York, serving the Rochester area and the Finger Lakes region. It was co-founded by Dr. Zendi Moldenhauer, a nurse practitioner with a PhD in Nursing from the University of Rochester, and Amber Ratcliffe, a former molecular biologist who serves as CEO. The clinic treats children, teens and adults for conditions including autoimmune disorders, gut and digestive problems, Lyme disease, mold exposure, PANS/PANDAS, hormone imbalance, thyroid disorders, ADHD, anxiety, depression and autism. Care combines extended intake visits, a menu of more than 45 specialty lab tests including continuous glucose monitoring and microbiome testing, and BrainCore neurofeedback. The practice is out-of-network and offers telemedicine to residents of New York and Florida.
