About Amy Patel Jain MD

Dr. Jain is a double board certified oculofacial plastic surgeon who specializes in cosmetic eyelid surgery. She believes in a customized approach to cosmetic surgery and oculofacial plastic care. She graduated from the University of California, Irvine as a UC Regent's Scholar and received a Bachelor's in Science degree in Biological Sciences. After completing college, she attended the University of California, Irvine for medical school. It was there that she developed a passion for oculofacial plastic surgery--a niche subspecialty of ophthalmology that focuses on the area around the eyes and face. She completed her ophthalmology residency at UC Irvine Medical Center and served as chief resident. After residency, she completed a 2 year ASOPRS oculofacial plastic surgery fellowship at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. She was mentored by pioneers in the field including Drs.
