Our friendly, well-established team makes us who we are. When you come to our office, you’ll meet passionate, dedicated, and hardworking people who want to do all they can to help you stay healthy. Dr. Jon Kanegawa grew up in Oahu, Hawaii. He is a graduate of the Punahou School in Honolulu. He received his BA from Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois, and his DDS degree from Temple University in Philadelphia. He practiced dentistry in both Hawaii and Pennsylvania before establishing a private practice outside of Reading, PA. Dr. Kanegawa ran his practice for 30 years before relocating to the Tri-Valley area of Schuylkill County. He continued to treat patients there for almost four years. The opportunity to work in a highly patient-oriented environment combined with spending significantly more time with family is why he decided to become a dentist in Harrisburg with American Dental Care.
