Alliance IV Therapy MD is an IV therapy and functional medicine clinic with locations in Fort Lauderdale and Weston, Florida. It was established by Alberto Rengifo, MD, as an extension of his direct primary care practice, Alliance Direct Primary Care, which he founded in 2018 after owning Family Medicine of Weston since 2006. IV formulations and functional medicine care are developed and overseen by a physician rather than delegated to mid-level staff; the menu includes IV drips and IM injections, NAD therapy, hormone replacement, ketamine, ozone, PRP and medically supervised weight management. The clinic operates on a direct-pay model and does not bill insurance.
