Aire MedSpa is a laser and medical spa in Sarasota, Florida, with a second location at Lakewood Ranch Waterside. It was founded by Francesca Walters, DNP, FNP-BC, who serves as its master injector and was named a Top 25 Provider by PDO Max. Joshua Kreithen, MD, is medical director of the Sarasota office and Marguerite Barnett, MD, is medical director of the Lakewood Ranch office. The menu covers neurotoxins, dermal fillers, Sculptra, Kybella, PDO thread lifts, laser hair removal, fractional skin resurfacing on the Cynosure Icon platform, microneedling, chemical peels, PRP and medically supervised weight loss.
