Dr. Michael Agnini opened his first dental office, Agnini Family Dental, near Southgate shopping center, in Lakeland, Florida, in 1979. The office was relocated to the north end of town in 1993, on Lakeland Hills Blvd, across from Tiger Town. Dr. Mike and his wife Donna, who was his office manager and assistant, worked out of a small facility. When their two sons, Matt and Drew, decided to go to dental school Dr. Mike knew growth was in the future. Dr. Matt and Dr. Drew came into practice with their dad in the early 2000’s and thus was formed Agnini Family Dental. In 2004, the Drs. Agnini opened an annex office just five blocks from their original office on the south side of town. This extra facility somewhat alleviated their crowded conditions, however three doctors in two offices designed for one doctor each, did not resolve their problems. Buying an existing dental office on Oak Drive across from the Southgate Publix, in 2006, gave each doctor his own building. Dr. Mike’s dream was
