Hi there, and welcome to Aggieland Aesthetics MedSpa. I’m Heather Cash! While many estheticians and medical spas focus on monthly treatments, my personal philosophy is that the every day routine is what makes the difference. Your first appointment is treated as a skincare lesson—we will do a thorough analysis of your skin and I will walk you through each step in the session as they are all things you should routinely do at home. This initial meeting also serves as a way for me to prep your skin for any deeper treatments that we may consider in the future. Many corrective options such as microneedling, fibroblasting, and medical grade chemical peels should only be performed on skin that has been prepped and treated appropriately, which is why a new client consultation and facial will always be the first appointment any clients book with me.
