Ageless Integrative Medicine & Laser Skin Care was founded in 2006 with a vision of delivering truly patient-centered, holistic care in both medicine and aesthetics. The practice was established by Dr. Dean McLaughlin, MD, a dedicated advocate for integrative and aesthetic medicine, alongside his daughter April, a passionate champion for women’s health. Together, they created a space focused on providing advanced treatments that support healthy skin and overall wellness. In time, his son, Seth McLaughlin, MSN, FNP-BC, APHN-BC, expanded the practice to include a broader integrative medical approach, incorporating herbal medicine, mental health care, neuromusculoskeletal therapies, and IV nutritional therapy alongside the existing aesthetic services. With a background in family medicine, holistic nursing, and herbal therapeutics, Seth has further refined the practice’s focus on personalized, whole-person care.
