ICU-trained nurses and nurse practitioners committed to safe, natural results. Dr. Darya Hansen, DNP, ARNP spent years in intensive care before moving into aesthetics — first in a plastic surgery office in West Des Moines, then in the med spa world. What she saw convinced her that aesthetic medicine deserved a higher clinical standard than it was getting. She founded Aesthetic Collective to build that standard from the ground up. Every injector here is ICU-trained, because we believe the same judgment that matters in a hospital matters when a needle is involved anywhere. Today, that standard shows up in every appointment — from a first-time Botox visit to a more complex treatment plan — delivered by a team trained to think clinically, not just follow a pattern.
