Here at the Aesthetic Center, we offer various cosmetic surgery techniques and procedures that are designed to enhance your appearance and self-confidence. We are located in Bismarck, North Dakota, but we invite patients from surrounding areas such as Fargo and Minot to come in and discover how our procedures can change their appearance – and their life. Sara Fiene, MD, FAACS is North Dakota’s only board-certified cosmetic surgeon, dedicated to helping patients feel confident and empowered through safe, artfully performed aesthetic procedures. Born in Wichita, Kansas, but raised in Bismarck, North Dakota, Dr. Fiene considers North Dakota home. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology, graduating Summa Cum Laude , with a minor in Spanish from the University of North Dakota in 2015, followed by her medical degree (MD) from the UND School of Medicine in 2019.
