Advanced Wellness MD is a concierge primary care and longevity clinic in the Lake Nona area of Orlando, Florida, about ten minutes from Orlando International Airport. The practice combines traditional clinical medicine with functional medicine testing, offering longevity physicals, extended blood and urine panels, whole exome genetic sequencing, gut health testing, SECA body composition analysis and bioidentical hormone replacement therapy. Care is sold as a membership rather than billed to insurance, with in-office lab work run through Quest and appointments that typically last an hour or longer. Medical director Allison Barnes, MD, MPH leads an executive health program for professionals and leadership teams, and the clinic also sees patients travelling from outside Florida.
