Dr. Boldin was born April 8, 1960 in Gary, Indiana. Dr. Boldin’s father worked for US Steel for 41 years and his mother was a homemaker. The family moved to Munster, IN in 1968. After graduating from Munster High School in 1978, Dr. Boldin attended Wabash College in Crawfordsville, IN, where he graduated Suma Cum Laude, with a major in Chemistry. He attended Indiana University School of Dentistry, where he graduated with a degree of Doctor of Dental Surgery. In September of 1990, Dr. Boldin opened his solo practice in Valparaiso on Campbell St. In March of 2000, the practice moved to a new facility at 402 Marquette Street, where Dr. Boldin currently practices.
