Our WellSpa started with a dream-- a dream of total body healing from the inside out and to spread the gift of mindfulness and health to our community. Our services and products are dedicated to providing relief from everyday stresses on the body that we tend to overlook. Ancient healers and philosophers have recommended salt inhalation, a powerful and natural healer, for a wide range of health benefits and relief for various respiratory ailments and conditions. Halotherapy, aka Dry Salt Therapy, is the process of breathing in tiny particles of salt which are dispersed into the air by a halogenerator. Once inhaled into the respiratory tract, it begins to work its magic by acting as a sponge and absorbing the buildup of foreign toxins.
