Dr. Shulkin’s unique and extensive training allows him to have an in depth understanding of both the functional and cosmetic needs of his patients. Dr. Shulkin devotes a significant portion of his time to surgical approaches to eye muscle disorders and can help patients who have disabling double vision or a wandering eye.
