Her honors in education continued as she graduated Suma Cum Laude from Missouri Western State University earning her Bachelor of Science Degree. She went on to graduate Cum Laude from the University Of Missouri-Kansas City School of Dentistry receiving her DDS (Doctor of Dental Surgery) degree. She furthered her studies through the Senior Departmental Advanced Studies in Periodontics.
