Otto Placik, MD

Board-certified plastic surgeon with offices in downtown Chicago and Arlington Heights, Illinois. Dr. Placik earned his medical degree from Northwestern University and completed residencies in general surgery and plastic and reconstructive surgery through Northwestern, followed by a fellowship in the aesthetic reconstruction of complex nasal and facial deformities at St. Joseph Hospital in Chicago and a further fellowship in microvascular and hand surgery at Davies Medical Center, an affiliate of UC San Francisco. He is a diplomate of the American Board of Plastic Surgery and an active member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons and the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery. He serves on the Northwestern University Division of Plastic Surgery teaching staff as a Clinical Assistant Professor of Surgery (Plastic), and holds hospital appointments at Northwest Community Hospital in Arlington Heights and Evanston Northwestern Healthcare.
