Thu Kester-Phan, APRN is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner licensed in the State of Kansas. She earned her undergraduate degree from Newman University in Wichita, Kansas, and completed her graduate degree at Graceland University in Kansas City, Missouri. Thu is passionate about hormone replacement therapy, metabolic health, muscle-centric care, and longevity medicine. Her approach focuses on optimizing the body through evidence-based strategies that support strength, energy, and long-term health outcomes. She founded Wellness Culture after recognizing a gap in traditional healthcare where patients often lack education, personalization, and true support. Her mission is to provide patient-centered care that empowers individuals to understand their health, take ownership of it, and create sustainable lifestyle changes. Thu believes that when patients understand the “why” behind their symptoms and treatment, they become more engaged, more motivated, and ultimately achieve better results
