What started out as “Adventure Tuesdays” with her sister-in-law and friends; where they would engage in activities such as hiking, paddle-boarding, horse-back riding, cross country skiing, downhill skiing resulted in a “recharge” from the hustle and bustle of life. This needed reset, gave Dr. Spaulding an idea and Upper Valley Retreat and Medical Spa emerged. “Relax. Recharge. Rejuvenate.” Upper Valley Retreat and Medical Spa combines medicine, aesthetic care and offers a relaxing environment to patients; the experience is simply revolutionary.
