A concierge longevity practice in Falmouth, Maine — built by clinicians who wanted longer visits, real labs, and the kind of care relationships that get stronger over years. The conventional system is built for crisis, not longevity. Visits are short, labs are minimal, and the relationship is transactional. We chose to build something different — comprehensive biomarkers, time to actually talk through what they mean, and a clinical relationship that gets stronger over years instead of starting over each visit. TruForm was founded by clinicians who watched the conventional system get faster, thinner, and less personal year over year — and who knew there was a better way to practice medicine. We wanted longer visits. We wanted labs that actually told us something. We wanted to follow patients across years, not 15-minute slots. So we built it that way — rooted in Falmouth, Maine, designed around the kind of care we'd want for our own families.
