About The Regimen Club

Built by a mother-in-law and daughter-in-law duo, The Regimen Club was born from love, healing, and a mission to care for women the way we wish we had been cared for ourselves. We know what it feels like to go unheard. To carry it all while neglecting ourselves. To be told our concerns are “normal” or dismissed altogether. We also know how much we crave spaces where we can finally exhale where we feel seen, supported, and safe. More than aesthetics and wellness, this is a sanctuary. A place where your skin, your health, and your story matter. We listen. We guide. We hold space for your healing. This isn’t just what we do it’s who we are. And we’re honored to share it with you.
