About Stem Cells of Idaho

Stem cell therapy is a remarkable achievement in science and an equally promising treatment for millions of people. Until now access to the the general public to reap its extraordinary benefits has been limited. That’s where we come in. Our goal is to remove barriers and increase access. Stem cell therapy is not covered by insurance at this time, so we do everything in our power to keep fees to a minimum. Dr. Gregory Schweiger is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon with 22 years of experience specializing in orthopedic trauma, sports medicine, and stem cell therapies. After completing his trauma fellowship in 1999, Dr. Schweiger practiced in Boise for 14 years and formed rewarding relationships with patients in the area. In 2013, he and his wife and two daughters relocated to Anchorage, Alaska, for a new experience and to fill a community need as an orthopedic trauma specialist. After an adventurous eight years in Alaska, they returned to the location they felt was home.
