To fully benefit from your service, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time. Your service will begin promptly at the time you reserved. Late arrivals will result in a shortened treatment time so that other guests are not inconvenienced. For waxing appointments, arrivals more than 10 minutes late are subject to being rescheduled due to time constraints specific to waxing services. We have a 24-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy. A credit card or gift card with a balance covering the full amount of all reserved appointments may be used to secure your reservation. If you need to make changes to your appointment, we kindly request a minimum 24-hour notice. We charge 50% of the total cost of all appointments rescheduled within 24 hours of the start time. We charge 100% of the total cost of all appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the start time that are not rescheduled.
