About Salt & Light Holistic Spa

We would like to welcome you to Salt & Light Holistic Spa. We are Leslie and Ciara, a mother and daughter duo, and we are the visionaries behind this holistic healing sanctuary. We both have experienced several years of chronic illnesses that led us to seek healing for our bodies. Throughout our healing journey we discovered that holistic natural medicine and remedies were our saving grace. From our years of research, treatments, and the amazing doctors in the natural medicine field that have helped us and guided us, and most importantly being led by God, we decided we wanted to share our experiences and the things that we have learned along the way with others. One of the therapies that was introduced to us was Salt Therapy also known as Halotherapy. Salt Therapy was very beneficial in our healing process as it removes toxins from the respiratory system, improves the function of the skin, and boosts the immune system.
