Our mission is to make functional medicine accessible and affordable for everyone. We seek to assist patients in addressing the root causes for symptoms and dysfunction. By identifying and treating root causes, we can restore and promote health optimization and wellness. Our desire is to establish long term relationships, partnering with patients to improve their health and overall quality of life. We utilize evidence based, functional medicine principles to diagnose and treat chronic and acute health conditions. With a focus on restoring wellness, we implement diagnostics and treatment plans that reverse chronic disease and bring the body back into balance. Rebekah Syverson, FNP-C, IFMCP, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with more than 30 years of nursing experience and has been practicing medicine since 2016.
